Eyejot recording durations expanded

We're happy to report that we have increased recording durations for all Eyejot users. Free account users can now record and send messages as long as five (5) minutes while PRO and PRO Plus users can create and send messages as long as fifteen (15) minutes. SMS alerts working!

Since migrating the Eyejot platform into the cloud we've had a few configuration issues that have impacted some of our services. Our SMS alerts were being rejected because of the way were were formatting our outbound messages and the fact that were were being sent through a new email service. Compositing issue resolved

After a minor configuration tweak the compositing issue some users were experiencing has been resolved. We're tracking an issue with profile pictures and hope to have that resolved shortly as well.

Known image compositing issue

We are aware of an image compositing issue that causes single frame image previews of videos to not properly render. These are the images that show a frame from your video and have a "play" arrow composited over top. We're working on rectifying the issue as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Phase one of our migration is complete
